Anchor Your Days Off Carefully

The temptation to "flip" completely to a daytime schedule on days off is understandable but biologically costly. Rotating back and forth repeatedly accelerates circadian disruption. A more sustainable approach is to shift only partially toward daytime hours on off days — sleeping slightly earlier and waking slightly earlier — rather than attempting a complete reversal.
